New Smarten Logistics inbound booking system – GoSwift

User account terms:
  • The user account will be activated after confirmation by a Smarten Logistics representative.

  • One primary user account can be created per company registration number.

  • If a company requires multiple users, the primary user can add additional users to the account (more detailed information is provided in the guide).

  • All users added under the primary user account have access to all of the company’s bookings.

General conditions for goods arrival:
  • Goods are received on weekdays from 08:45 to 16:30.

  • The arrival of standard goods must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • For containers and manual unloading, the advance notice period is at least 2 working days.

  • Arrival must be registered starting from one pallet.

  • If the load is delayed by more than 30 minutes, it will be placed in a “live” queue.
    The booking becomes invalid if:

  • the load arrives without the required documents


  • the load is damaged or

    The driver must have with them:

      • delivery note

      • information about the purchase order in the Smarten system
