after confirmation by a Smarten Logistics representative.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"2kuu12\" data-start=\"201\" data-end=\"279\"><p>One primary user account can be created per company registration number.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"17cvwh0\" data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"412\"><p>If a company requires multiple users, the primary user can add additional users to the account (more detailed information is provided in the guide).<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"bxxysl\" data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"513\"><p>All users added under the primary user account have access to all of the company\u2019s bookings.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-section-id=\"1uuhh6c\" data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"558\"><strong>General conditions for goods arrival:<\/strong><\/h5><ul data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"1144\"><li data-section-id=\"1k29203\" data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"619\"><p>Goods are received on weekdays from<strong data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"616\"> 08:45 to 16:30.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"ckv1x0\" data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"694\"><p>The arrival of standard goods must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1gho56u\" data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"781\"><p>For containers and manual unloading, the advance notice period is at least 2 working days.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"qmdiqs\" data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"841\"><p>Arrival must be registered starting from one pallet.<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"7ygxl6\" data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"921\"><p>If the load is delayed by more than 30 minutes, it will be placed in a \u201clive\u201d queue.<br><strong data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"880\">The booking becomes invalid if:<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-size: 16px;\" data-section-id=\"1dqopl9\" data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"1144\"><p style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px;\" data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"957\"><span style=\"font-size: load is damaged or<br><br><strong>The driver must have with them:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1144\"><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul data-start=\"1075\"
